About us

We are pleased to offer our basic emusifiers for liquid pesticide formulation.

Our products are marketed under the brand name "Dipicide".  They are developed after great deal of studies and experiments to suit the individual formulation of various pesticide EC.

Dipicide 1000 [Anionic], Dipicide 2000 [Nonionic] and Dipicide 3000 [Nonionic] are the basic components of the blended emulsifiers.

The reason for offering Dipicide 1000, 2000 and 3000 emulsifiers in basic component form is that the formulator can prepare suitable combination by blending basic in order to get best emulsion stability performance.

Selection of Best Ratio

Method for selecting the best ratio is described herewith the help of Fenvalerate (Toxicant), Solvent CIX, Emulsifiers Dipicide 1000 and Dipicide 2000.

  1. Dipicide 1000 and Dipicide 2000 are the Emulsifiers recommended for fenvalerate 20% EC.  We have selected the best ratio in which they are to be blended.
  2. Prepare two sets of Fenvalerate 20% EC each of 100 gms.  The first set will consist of Fenvalerate + Solvent + Dipicide - 1000 and the other will consist of Fenvalerate + Solvent + Dipicide - 2000.

     Fenvalerate               -   20.00 gm       Fenvalerate             -   20.00 gm
     Solvent                     -   75.00 gm       Solvent                   -   75.00 gm
     Dipicide 1000            -     5.00 gm        Dipicide 2000          -     5.00 gm 
  1. Now take 11 stoppered tubes.  Blend Set A Fnevalerate EC with Set B Fenvalerate EC in the ratio of 0% to 100% as under :

  1. These blended 11 samples of Set A of Fenvalerate EC and Set B of Fenvalerate EC are to be tested for Emulsion Spontenity.  Opalasence as per ISI of WHO Specification.
  2. Out of the 11 blended samples, a suitable blended sample is obtained at Set A 60% + Set B 40%.  It means the suitable ratio of Dipicide 1000 and Dipicide 2000 is obtained at  :

  1. The best suitable ratio can be selected at around 60 : 40 as under :

  1. All the above 11 stoppered tube samples are once again tested for obtaining the best Emulsion, best Spontenity, best Opalasence as per ISI and WHO specifications.
  2. Out of the 11 blended samples, the best blended sample is found at Set A 61% + Set B 39%.  It means that the ratio of Dipicide 1000 and Dipicide 2000 found for Fenvalerate 20% EC is 61 : 39.

With the help of the above method the blend of Dipicide Emulsifier can be prepared for various Toxicant.
